when i’m under the influence of things, i tend to write down things people say that i find funny. however, sometimes i have no idea what these quotes are referring to and are not sure if they are funny or not…
for example; makes me laugh:

- “i was about 96% sure, then i saw it and i was 100% sure.”
- “george w. bush was kind of like the less likable michael scott of presidents…”
